Negotiations on Mayweather vs Pacquiao November 2010

A Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight is going to push through according to Bob Arum and it will happen some time in November 2010. If this will go smoothly it will be one of the biggest fights in boxing history and prove who really is the pound for pound champion. Also according to other sources, it may be Pacquiao's last fight


Bob Arum of Top Rank, and one of the most successful promoters in boxing believes that a Mayweather vs Pacquiao Fight will happen on November and it could be one of the biggest fights in boxing.

Negotiations will start after the elections since Manny is running for congress and now that the National elections is done and Manny has his position for public office the negotiations will start and Arum must do his best in order for this fight to push through and avoid being cancelled as what happened previously.

According to Arum, he never really thought that this kind of situation will happen, whenever he goes to the Philippines or in US, he always is confronted with "When is Manny going to fight Mayweather?" questions.

Arum thinks that this fight has gotten really overwhelming and the people are getting demanding on a Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight, they really want this fight to happen.

After the Mayweather vs Mosley and Pacquiao vs Clottey which everyone thinks its a one sided fight and there wasnt enough action, a Pacquiao vs Mayweather should happen and everyone wants it. If money was the issue, i think it will generate more than their previous fights.

The overwhelming and excitement of fight and sports fans is really high and want it to happen. I really think Manny Pacquiao wants this fight but a chance has slipped since he didnt want Mayweather dictating him on what should happen before the fight, Manny already said that he is ready to face Mayweather anytime and many think that Floyd Mayweather is just making the blood testing an excuse to avoid Manny Pacquiao. Arum have doubts on whether Mayweather wants this fight or not. Floyd Mayweather has been fighting fighters that aren't really competitive for him and everybody is noticing that.

Although according to Bob Arum of Top Rank, he won't give a public announcement just yet while he hasn't discussed anything with Manny Pacquiao but is confident that a Mayweather vs Pacquiao will happen some time in November 2010.

I hope everything will go smoothly and that both camps would agree and make this fight possible. November would be a good time for the fight since it will be after the baseball season and before the football playoffs. It would be the perfect date for Pacquiao vs Mayweather.

Obviously everybody wants this fight to unfold and we don't want it cancelled the second time around but it would be very unfortunate if this one big mega fight won't happen.
