Pacquiao previously agreed to fight Mayweather with certain conditions, he would be happy to fight Mayweather and vice versa as long as Pacquiao agrees to take the test. Now that the Mayweather vs Mosley fight is over, if Pacquiao still refuses to take the blood test then it would be pretty obvious that he is the one dodging Mayweather and not the other way around.
We all want a Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight and I hope they will come to an agreement and prove who really is the pound for pound champion. I think this fight will really push through, there would be no excuses and reasons for this fight not to happen.
