The all time awaited fight between Mayweather vs Pacquiao might never happen even with the scheduled November 2010 fight according to Bob Arum. But sadly, no matter what negotiations will come, if Mayweather never wanted it at the first place and all he did was stir up controversies regarding the fight, it wont ever happen.

Both sides have differences and i think they failed to settle and agree to push the fight through although I have thought that this is all because of Mayweather.

But nevertheless, Pacquiao will still be fighting but not Mayweather. The Pacquiao vs Mayweather is too far from happening and all of us are already tired of these talks, well maybe it wont be happening after all, but we still keep our hopes up.

According to reports, Bob Arum, the founder of Top Rank promotions and who is currently handling the negotiations for the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight that will likely to happen on November 2010 is already doing the talks to make this fight happen, it's a very crucial time, it may make or break the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight if things go smooth or bad especially when talking about the Money. The splitting of the money is very crucial for both camps, both want to have the bigger share of the meat. It seems to be a financial issue for this Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight to break or to happen.

Bob Arum of Top Rank, and one of the most successful promoters in boxing believes that a Mayweather vs Pacquiao Fight will happen on November and it could be one of the biggest fights in boxing.

Negotiations will start after the elections since Manny is running for congress and now that the National elections is done and Manny has his position for public office the negotiations will start and Arum must do his best in order for this fight to push through and avoid being cancelled as what happened previously.

According to Arum, he never really thought that this kind of situation will happen, whenever he goes to the Philippines or in US, he always is confronted with "When is Manny going to fight Mayweather?" questions.

According to Freddie Roach the fight will happen and is going to happen. Roach confirmed that Pacquiao and Floyd are gonna come to terms and make the blood test after the fight.
